Friday Jan 29, 2010: The visiting Briercrest Clippers men's volleyball team swept the host Huskies 25-18, 25-16, 25-23 at the Canadian National Resources Ltd. Gymnasium located in the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre Clippers MVP was Joel Dyck. Mitch Schneider was the Huskies MVP. Rory Scott led the Huskies with six kills. Dyck sparked the Clippers attack with seven kills.

Huskies were honoured to have  former national women's coach Dr. Lorne Sawula do colour commentary on the live internet broadcast. The two teams return to the hardwood Saturday Jan 30 at 1 p.m. for women and 3 p.m. for men.
