Cat went down in the first quarter of the first game with an ankle injury. So for the next 3 games the team had a shorter bench. They competed well in every game leading against St Mary’s for 3 quarters and ran out of gas in the fourth losing 70-59. They did well against Grande Prairie losing 84-48 and getting praise from the opposing coach on their work ethic and competitiveness. The final game against Olds they lost 69-43. They play them next month with a full team so they are looking forward to a different result.
