Dwayne Vigilance – Women’s Basketball Coach

Vigilance, grew up in Fort McMurray and was a three-time Athlete of the Year at Fort McMurray Composite High School graduating in 1991.  He played collegiate basketball and soccer at Malaspina College University in British Columbia graduating in 2000.

Since 2009 he has coached semi-pro women’s basketball in Australia with the Brisbane Capitals QBL and Healthstream Fitness Club GBA.

He was also head coach of the Queensland Women’s Under 20 State A program.

Prior to coaching down under, Vigilance was an assistant coach with the Mount Royal Cougars of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Association from 1999 to 2004.

Vigilance has also coached Team North for boys and girls under 15 in Alberta Summer Games competition from 1996-2008.
