Melissa Laluk - Head Coach Women's Volleyball Melissa has a Bachelor of Physical Education in Sport Performance from the University of Alberta, a Kinesiology Diploma from Red Deer College, and is a certified Exercise Physiologist, and she has completed her NCCP level 3. Melissa's coaching started while in High School, it began as a head coach for a Junior High Team. It was at that point Melissa discovered a passion for coaching. Her coaching career was put on hold while she attended and played for Red Deer College and the University of Alberta. While training with the two teams Melissa had the opportunity to coach younger teams at camps and training sessions. It was in August of 2007 that Melissa got the opportunity to share her successful experiences as an athlete with the Keyano College Huskies. At the end of the ACAC season Melissa also was the head coach for the elite U16 girl's team with the Northern Lights Volleyball Club.
